E nossa jornada por Londres continua... 

No terceiro dia resolvemos bancar as turistas e percorremos uma região onde encontramos paisagens belíssimas, grandes atrações ribeirinhas e também muitos  estrangeiros. Uma caminhada que levaria no máximo duas horas nós fizemos sem pressa, durou o dia inteiro...

Descemos na estação Blackfriars, linha Circle line, atravessamos o rio Tâmisa pela Blackfriars bridge e na margem sul percorremos o Thames Path a pé. Por este caminho visitamos o Tate Modern, vimos a Millenium bridge, Shakespeare´s Globe, diversos restaurantes, pubs e músicos tocando na rua, Southward Catedral, almoçamos no Borough Market, e continuamos caminhando às margens do rio passando pela London bridge, the Shard, City Hall e Tower bridge.

Foi um passeio lindo, para além das atrações turísticas este bairro mantém características marcantes como as casas georginas históricas, bares que datam de 1800, becos e ruelas muito antigas, histórias perdidas nas ruínas, nas calçadas de pedras, na construção do Shakespeare´s Globe e no Guy´s Hospital, fundado em 1721.

Uma parte da vida londrina está nesta região, grandes e modernos edifícios como o The Shard e City Hall, o Guy´s Hospital, um grande hospital de ensino e pesquisa do sistema de saúde da Inglaterra, com setor pediátrico, de tratamento odontológico e de câncer. 

Este foi o trajeto que fizemos durante o dia. Finalizamos comprando um Fish & chips para o jantar e tomamos o underground na estação Tower Hill até Royal Oak.

And our journey through London continues ...On the third day, we decided to visit the tourist places and we went through a region where we found beautiful landscapes, great riverside attractions and also many foreigners. A walk that would take at most two hours we did without hurry, lasted all day ...We went out at Blackfriars station, Circle line, cross the Thames across the Blackfriars bridge and on the south bank we walk the Thames Path. On this way we visited the Tate Modern, saw Millenium bridge, Shakespeare's Globe, several restaurants, pubs and musicians playing on the street, Southward Cathedral, had lunch at the Borough Market, and continued walking along the river bank passing by the London bridge, the Shard, City Hall and Tower Bridge.It was a beautiful walk, in addition to the tourist attractions this neighborhood maintains striking features like the historic Georgian houses, bars dating back to 1800, very old alleys, lost stories in the ruins, on the cobblestone sidewalks, in the construction of Shakespeare's Globe and at Guy's Hospital, founded in 1721.A part of London life is in this region, large and modern buildings such as The Shard and City Hall, Guy's Hospital, a large teaching and research hospital in England's pediatric, dental and health care sector for cancer.This was the route we took during the day. We ended up buying a Fish & Chips for dinner and took the underground at Tower Hill station to Royal Oak.
