Starting the year at the beach and even seeing this full moon was wonderful!
I know the photos didn't turn out well (quality), but it's worth recording and remembering. A memory for Leticia, who had never gone swimming in the sea at night! What do you mean? A true Carioca can't let life pass by without having this experience. And a memory for me, to show that life is made up of cycles and phases (of the moon, the tides, menstruation, the seasons...).
The moon governs nature, pregnancy, plantations, rain, life. I need to observe these changes more, get closer to nature to be able to survive in this world, because I am part of nature, it is in me as I am in it.
Indigenous peoples teach us this lesson. Understanding the world is understanding that we are it and everything that affects it also affects us. The full moon continues to appear in the sky every 29 days, we always have the opportunity to transform ourselves, despite all the obstacles that society imposes on us. we can think and act to build new forms of production, consumption and existence.
Ailton Krenak's interview helps us reflect on the way of life we want and the one we are actually building (https://www.ufrgs.br/jornal/ailton-krenak-a-terra-pode-nos-deixar-para-tras-e-seguir-o-seu-caminho/).
