Já mencionei diversas vezes que o céu de Mato Grosso é espetacular. Ver o nascer e o pôr do sol aqui me encanta, traz uma paz de espírito, é um momento de equilíbrio para uma rotina fora da "normalidade" devido ao isolamento social que estamos vivendo.

Todo final do dia contemplo o pôr do sol da janela de meu escritório. É mais um dia que chega ao fim e posso agradecer por tudo que vivi e senti. Posso refletir no que posso melhorar e o que já consegui superar e avançar. Esse momento acalenta meu espírito.

Tente fazer isso, encontre um local onde possa contemplar ver o sol desaparecer no horizonte. Este momento é só seu, pois mesmo que aconteça diariamente, a cada dia o espetáculo é diferente, como nas fotos postadas aqui.

I have already mentioned several times that the sky in Mato Grosso is spectacular. Seeing the sunrise and sunset here enchants me, it brings peace of mind, it is a moment of balance for a routine out of "normal" due to the social isolation we are experiencing.

At the end of the day, I watch the sunset from my home office. It is another day ending and I can be thankful for all that I experienced and felt. I can reflect on what I can improve and what I have already overcome and moved forward with. This moment cherishes my spirit.

Try to do this, find a place where you can contemplate the sunset. This moment is yours alone, because even if it happens daily, every day the show is different, as in the photos posted here.
