Uma pessoa me disse que quando realizamos uma viagem como essa, nunca voltamos igual. Algo dentro da gente muda, trazemos mais mundo dentro de nós, e as pessoas que ficaram também mudam. Leva um tempo para nos readaptarmos.
Para mim todas as viagens para outros países ou lugares que não conhecia são assim. Como diz Allê Barbosa, "viajar é ir em busca de uma parte da gente que não pode ser encontrada onde a gente vive". Me ponho a refletir se é assim e vejo que, com muita paciência e afinco, podemos fazer este exercício de deslumbramento e abertura onde vivemos a fim de encontrarmos essas partes encobertas de nós mesmos.

One person told me that when we go on a trip like this, we never come back the same. Something within us changes, we bring more world within us, and the people who stayed also change. It takes time to readapt.
For me, all trips to other countries or places that I didn't know are like that. As Allê Barbosa says, "traveling is looking for a part of us that cannot be found where we live". I wonder if this is the case and I see that, with much patience and dedication, we can do this exercise of wonder and openness where we live in order to find these hidden parts of ourselves.
