December 4th - Salty Pig




Hoje foi um dia intenso de trabalho, artigo para corrigir, material para ler, palestras do ciclo Reflection from Distinguished Faculty - UMB, nem parece época de Natal e de pensar no December Daily. Mas, ao final do dia sai com um colega que está retornando para o Brasil. Fomos jantar no Salty Pig, um restaurante moderninho em South End com um cardápio variado de comidas italianas (pizza e massas) e charcuteries e com preços acessíveis. É um lugar legal.

As fotos não ficaram boas, mas a comida estava gostosa e a companhia muito agradável. A conversa rendeu risadas, reflexões, sonhos e sentimentos de gratidão por tudo que estou vivendo, por conhecer uma nova cidade e interagir com as pessoas.

Today was an intense day of work, article to correct, papers to read, lectures of the cycle Reflection from Distinguished Faculty - UMB, nor it seems Christmas season and thinking about December Daily. But at the end of the day I went to happy hour with a colleague who is returning to Brazil. We went to dinner at the Salty Pig, a trendy restaurant in South End with a varied menu of Italian foods (pizza and pasta) and charcuteries and with affordable prices.It´s a nice place.

The photos did not look good, but the food was delicious and the company very nice. The conversation brought laughter, reflections, dreams and feelings of gratitude for everything I'm living, for meeting a new city and interacting with people.
