A linguagem das flores é um livro para se deleitar. A estória é intensa e bem construída, sendo a personagem principal uma mulher forte. Não vou repetir o que todas as resenhas já descreveram, quero trazer para cá os aspectos básicos por onde a estória é construída. 

Podemos ler sobre como as flores tem sido utilizadas ao longo do tempo para expressar sentimentos e emoções - uma linguagem com certa polissemia uma vez que podem encontrar descrições bem diferentes para cada flor. Mas temos que convir que uma casa com flores, receber um buquê de vez em quando é maravilhoso, mesmo que não saibamos o significado de cada flor.

Outro tema é o abandono de crianças em abrigos e a dificuldade de adoção para crianças mais velhas. A adaptação e sua inserção no mundo do trabalho e na sociedade após completar 18 anos nem sempre é fácil. Recentemente vi uma menina-moça nessa situação. A pergunta era: E agora? Estou completamente sozinha no mundo! Não tenho resposta para isso, mas precisamos pensar como minimizar esses sentimentos.

The language of flowers is a book to delight. The story is intense and well built, the main character is a strong woman. I will not repeat what all the reviews have already described, I want to bring here the basic aspects where the story is built.

We can read about how flowers have been used over time to express feelings and emotions - a language with a certain polysemy since they can find quite different descriptions for each flower. But we have to agree that a house with flowers, receiving a bouquet from time to time is wonderful, even if we do not know the meaning of each flower.

Another issue is the abandonment of children in shelters and the difficulty of adoption for older children. Adapting to and insertion into the world of work and in the society after turning 18 years old is not always easy. Recently I saw a girl in this situation. The question was: What now? I'm completely alone in the world! I have no answer for that, but we must think how to minimize those feelings.
