Gratidão/ Gratitude

Sempre mantive um post por mês para agradecer por tudo que aconteceu em minha vida no mês anterior. Como este ano começou muito diferente, fiquei perdida e agora vi que estou muito atrasada com estas postagens. Isto não significa que não tenho agradecido, só achei outras formas de fazê-lo. Já registrei em diário, mantive um caderno da gratidão, fiz fotos de alguns momentos de gratidão e este ano iniciei uma sessão de gratidão no meu bullet journal com desenhos. As fotos mostram minha gratidão para cada mês deste ano. Até mais 😉😊

I always kept one post per month to thank for everything that happened in my life in the previous month. As this year started very differently, I got lost and now I've seen that I'm very late with these posts. This does not mean I'm not grateful, I just found other ways to do it. I have already journaled, kept a notebook of gratitude, took pictures of a few moments of gratitude, and this year I started a session of gratitude in my bullet journal with drawings.
