Gratidão/ Gratitude

As pequenas coisas que acontecem em nossas vidas precisam ser observadas e acolhidas. A magia muitas vezes está escondida no céu azul, em um enfeite de Natal, no amor que minha filha tem por livros, na montagem do presépio, na delicadeza das flores dos cactos, lua cheia em noite nublada, no gato que encontra lugares estranhos para deitar, nas botas de Natal penduradas em uma escada e na combinação do sabor doce e azedo na panacota de Natal. Minha gratidão por viver estes momentos!

The little things that happen in our lives need to be observed and welcomed. Magic is often hidden in the blue sky, in a Christmas ornament, in the love my daughter has for books, in the setting of the crib, in the delicacy of cactus blossoms, a full moon in a cloudy night, in the cat that finds strange places to lie down, in the Christmas boots hanging on a ladder and in the combination of the sweet and sour taste in the Christmas panacota. My gratitude for living these moments!
