Chás/ Tea

Desde pequena aprendi com minha avó a tomar chá. Sentava com ela a tarde e tomava uma xicara de chá com bolo ou até mesmo uma fatia de pão. Era um momento gostoso! Outro momento que ficou registrado na memória, foi a cena de um filme em que uma mulher japonesa faz a cerimônia do chá. Apesar do chá ter surgido na China há mais de cinco mil anos, foi no Japão que se transformou em uma forma de arte, desenvolvida pela cerimônia Cha-no-yu. Na semana passada uma amiga me deu de presente um conjunto de chá bem delicado, apropriado para a cerimônia do chá.

Sempre gostei e sou fã  incondicional dessas lojas que vendem chás a granel e utensílios. Fico encantada com a variedade e os sabores encontrados. A primeira loja que visitei foi em Porto Alegre há muitos anos, nem lembro o nome da marca do chá. Hoje é mais fácil encontrar este tipo de loja aqui no Brasil.

Em Barcelona, a Sans&Sans é muito boa, com uma variedade incrível de sabores, com preços acessíveis. Em Curitiba, visitei recentemente a Moncloa Tea Boutique, no shopping Patio Batel, tem diversos tipos de produtos, utensílios e bules para chá. Lembro de uma ocasião que minha amiga serviu um chá preto  com frutas cítricas em um bule transparente maravilhoso. Até hoje procuro algo semelhante. Em Cuiabá, temos a Casa de Chá Provanza, um lugar aconchegante e com chá gelado maravilhoso, ótimo para o clima quente da cidade.

From an early age I learned from my grandmother to take tea. I sat with her at the afternoon and took a tea cup with cake or even a slice of bread. It was a nice time! Another moment that was recorded in my memory, was the scene of a movie in which a Japanese woman makes tea ceremony. Despite tea have appeared in China for over five thousand years, was in Japan that turned into an art form, developed by Cha-no-yu ceremony. Last week a friend gave it to me a set of very delicate tea, suitable for tea ceremony.

I always liked it and I am a diehard fan of these shops selling teas in bulk and utensils. I am delighted with the variety and flavors found. The first store I visited was in Porto Alegre for many years ago, I can not remember the name of the tea brand. Today it is easier to find this type of store in Brazil.


Sans & Sans is very good store in Barcelona, with an incredible variety of flavors at affordable prices. In Curitiba, recently visited the Moncloa Tea Boutique, in the mall Patio Batel, has various types of products, utensils and pots for tea. I remember one occasion my friend poured black tea with citrus fruits in a wonderful transparent teapot. To this day I try something similar. In Cuiaba, we have the Tea House Provanza, a cozy place with wonderful iced tea, great for the hot climate of the city.
